David Colbran, one of the firm’s owners, will serve as the managing broker for Melbourne Sotheby’s International Realty. The office is currently located at 14 Wallace Avenue in Toorak, one of Melbourne’s most exclusive residential locations, and additional offices are planned to open over the next year.
